Projects We Supported within the Scarborough Community:

Grace Hospital: Purchased recliner chairs for the chemotherapy suites plus a surgical lamp for the ENT department (ear, nose and throat)

Agincourt Community Services: Renovated the building to provide a child development and parenting skills program. Expanded to form 7 satellite programs

Abbeyfield Seniors Residence: Fall clean up of the outside grounds and planting of bulbs and plants.

St, Boniface Catholic Church: monthly food and financial support for their food bank

Milliken Park: Participated in planting 10,000 trees in the Rouge watershed plus provided food and refreshments for the volunteers.

Timothy Eaton and Agincourt High Schools: Financial assistance and mentoring for Robotics Competitions.

Community Living Toronto: Supplied an air conditioner for the workshop for the challenged employees. Served lunch to the staff and provided a magician.

Malvern Community Police Annual Picnic: Set up and supervised the children’s fun slide.

Sheppard Village: Set up a classroom where high school students taught seniors how to use a computer in order to earn volunteer hours.

Silver Birch Literacy Program: Set up and running in 4 Scarborough schools.
